This series of photos were taken during the Arctic Council Senior Arctic Officials meeting in Kautokeino, Norway. Kautokeino is home to many Saami Reindeer Herders. The Saami have been reindeer herders since the 17th century. Notice the similarities between reindeer and caribou.
